Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated. Late arrivals will result in a shortened and/or rescheduled appointment in order to prevent delays for other clients. No Shows are considered more than 15 mins. late for your scheduled appointment.


Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hrs. prior to your appointment. You will be billed 50% of your reserved appointment, if you are a "No Show" and/or cancel without advance notice. Voucher promotional value* will be voided, however, you will be able to redeem the purchased amount* towards the valid service. No Exceptions. Contact the merchant that you purchased your voucher from for any refund request.
