Temperatures will be checked before your service is provided.

Pre Treatment & Post Treatment Intake Forms must be completed each scheduled massage therapy treatment.

Limited guest inside the studio during the time of your appointment (only medically necessary accommodations are available until further notice).

All services provided by Shanita Brown, LMT require a deposit (where the amount(s) are based on the service).

Once there there is confirmation of a tentative scheduled appointment, deposit payment(s) must be remitted ASAP.

If you do not remit payment within 48hrs of the deposit request Invoice (sent via email and/or text message), the appointment may be canceled should there be no explanation for non-payment.

Deposits are NON-refundable & NON-transferable.

Once the deposit has been remitted, an receipt of payment will be generated and sent via email and/or text.

The outstanding amount is due in cash or by card on the day of your appointment. We ask for your assistance with adhering to our New Studio Guidelines by utilizing non cash payment(s), however, if it is best for you to use cash please make sure you have the exact amount(s).

If you should need any other payment accommodations please do not hesitate to ask, it is our goal to assist each guest with their individual therapeutic & wellness goals, not to exclude financial wellness considerations.
